Royal Gem Stays started with two condos, a shared spreadsheet, and a lot of 2 a.m. messages. The systems we built to fix that are the systems we now run for other owners.

We manage short-term and mid-term rentals for owners who want the returns without the operational drag. That means we're accountable for the boring parts: the linen inventory, the vendor who didn't show, the review that needs a real response, the statement that has to reconcile.
Our team stays deliberately small relative to the number of homes we take on. When a property joins Royal Gem Stays, a named manager owns it — not a queue.
We're an independent management company. We're not affiliated with Airbnb, Vrbo, or any booking platform, which means we advise on where your property should be listed based on what performs, not on a partnership.
